1. 🚚 How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and usually delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch. COD orders may take 1–2 days extra for verification.

We accept secure online payments (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Wallets, Net Banking) and also offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

4. 📦 Can I track my order?
Yes! 🛤️ Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp to follow your shipment in real-time.

5. 🔄 What is your return policy?
We offer a 5-day return window. An unboxing video is mandatory for the return to be approved. Once approved, the product will be picked up and refund processed.

6. 🔁 Can I exchange a product?
Yes! 🎁 Exchanges are allowed within 48 hours of delivery. An unboxing video is required, and a flat shipping fee of Rs. 150 will apply.

7. ❌ How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before it’s dispatched. Frequent cancellations may lead to blocking of your account.
